New Study Finds:
83% Of Americans Aren’t Happy…
Are YOU One Of Them?

If you were to ask most people if they’re happy, most would respond with “yes.” The problem is, the bar for what happiness is has been set so low. Real happiness is based on how many times you feel negative emotions throughout the course of your day.

Our society’s definition of happiness is based on how well we stack up to other people in the success department. This usually comes down to how much money we have, where we live, what kind of job we have, where we went to school, etc. However, by just looking around you, you can see that success doesn’t equal happiness.

Brian Bagnall, author of the best-selling book The Happiness Bible, completed a survey of more than 10,000 people showing that 83 percent of Americans aren’t happy. The study on U.S. happiness ran from January to August 2014 and asked diverse participants about certain feelings, such as enjoyment, happiness, anger, and fear and how often each was encountered. Whether it’s due to worry, stress, fear, or anger, there is a real happiness crisis when the Happy Planet Index ranks the U.S. on par with war-torn Ethiopia.

Our stories, music, and experience tell us that you can’t buy happiness. However, we continue to act as if consuming more products will make us happy. Happiness is not something that happens to us but something that we make happen. It is not a by-product of wealth or success but a skill to be learned and mastered.

Many happiness seekers seek temporary fixes rather than proven, lifestyle choices that sustainably increase happiness. Being happy all or most of the time isn’t about taking some magic pill or learning some secret. It’s actually more about NOT doing certain things and being more conscious of our thoughts, actions, and belief systems.

Brian created a 7-step formula for happiness that he’d like to share with you. If you want to stop negative feelings in their tracks (yes, it IS possible) and experience true and lasting happiness, then this is your chance to apply for a Happiness Boosting Session with Brian Bagnall.
