Q: Does Mr. Bagnall participate in joint ventures?
A: We are swamped with offers for joint ventures.  Mr. Bagnall participates in a limited number of joint ventures.  Please submit your request via snail mail at the address above and it will be considered.  Please provide plenty of relevant information.  Also, a bit of background information about you and your experience might help attract our interest.  Please don’t ask us to phone you regarding joint ventures.  No MLM.

Q: How do I get removed from your email list?
A: If you want to removed from our email database, you can email us at the email address above and putting the word “REMOVE” in the SUBJECT of the email.  Be aware that if you email or write us, the removal process will need to be done manually, and could take up to 10 days.  You can usually ALSO accomplish the removal automatically by clicking the removal link on the bottom of any unwanted email you have received from us.

Q: Can I call you for more information?
A: Unfortunately, we do not accept phone calls due to limited resources.  Most questions are answered on this site.

Q: How do I get access to the product that I purchased?
A: If you are an existing customer and are unable to access the delivery site to pick up your product or eBook, please email us at the email address above.  Enter the product you purchased, your receipt number and put the word “ACCESS” in the subject line.  That way, we can immediately respond and forward to you the direct link to your product.

Q: How do I get a refund?
A: If you want a refund, please email us at the email address above and include your name, approximate order date, the email address you used to purchase and your receipt number.  Please put the word “REFUND” in the subject line and your refund will be processed within 72 hours.  If you ordered using a money order, please include your physical address as well so we can mail your refund check.

Q: Can I pay by check or money order?
A: To pay with a credit card or check, please use the online order form, which allows both card and check purchases online.  If you need to pay with a money order, it must in US dollars only, made out to Bagnall & Associates, LLC and should be sent to our mailing address above.  Please include your full name, address and email with your check, along with the name of the product you are ordering.  For downloadable goods, we will send you the download link via email as soon as the check clears.

Q: Are you registered with the Better Business Bureau?
A: We are registered.  Feel free to verify this information with the BBB as well as with any other organization for that matter.  We have thousands of satisfied customers and if you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase, we offer unconditional guarantees as described on our product pages.

Q: Will you ship me any information by mail?
A: No, our software and guides are delivered online over a secure webpage.  We do it this way because the resources are updated frequently.
