Congratulations!  221 job-seekers applied for this position and you’re one of only 41 applicants that remain.

As I said in the initial job post, this isn’t going to be your typical interview.

How this is going to go down:

I’m going to hold a teleconference TOMORROW (Sunday, January 17) at 7PM CENTRAL. On this teleconference, I’m going to go over all the details of the job and answer any questions you might have.  I’m holding the teleconference so that I don’t have to explain everything multiple times.  You MUST make it to this teleconference.  Applicants with extenuating circumstances can email me but alternate accommodations are not guaranteed.

Once you know what you’ll be selling and how to sell it, I’m going to cut you loose so you can actually show me that you can sell.  Because, frankly, that’s the only thing that matters.  I don’t care if our personalities match.  I don’t care how well you kiss my ass… as a matter of fact, I don’t want you to kiss my ass.  I don’t care if you just got out of prison yesterday.  (Unless of course you were there for murdering your boss or something… cause I kinda value my life and all).

If you put together a deal, you will be paid 12.5% commission on that deal and you will be hired.  Here are some additional incentives:

If you put together a deal with combined list sizes in excess of 50,000, I’ll give you a $500 bonus.

If you put together a deal before 11:59 p.m. on Monday, January 18 (w/signed agreements and actual promotion going out on Wednesday), I’ll give you another $500 bonus.

If you put together a deal before 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, January 19 (w/signed agreements and actual promotion going out on Thursday), I’ll give you another $250 bonus.

The “interview” will end at 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, January 20.  If you haven’t put together a deal by that time, you’re out of luck.

The least the company has ever made on a deal is $10,000.  So using that number, your minimum commission would be $1250.  So if you can actually sell, this will be a PAID interview.

Now, I realize that more than 1 applicant will probably be able to put together a deal.  That’s fine.  I’ll hire anyone that puts together a deal.  There’s an unlimited amount of deals in many different industries to put together.

I do reserve the right to not hire you (because you killed your last boss or something) but that situation would be highly unlikely. You can start immediately.

Another thing… you can’t lie to or deceive the customer to get a deal.  If you do, you will be automatically disqualified.  I will personally go over the details of every deal with the customer to see if there are any discrepancies.

Now, first and foremost, since my business is very much a business formed on intellectual property (knowing the process of these deals and how to find the clients), I need you to sign a brief Non-Compete Agreement that says that you won’t take the process I’m going to teach you and steal it.
