Now, I didn’t do a lot of one-on-one or small group coaching in 2012 because my mentors always taught me that it’s bad to exchange “hours for dollars.” Well, screw that.

So that got me thinking…

I want to get a mastermind of 14 people together to coach them on taking their businesses to the next level in 2013.

And the best part? The first 2 months are free. The goal is also to make you enough extra money to pay for the mastermind for the rest of the year during those two free months. We’ll meet in person in April, August, and December at random places around the U.S. and we’ll have monthly action calls in the off months (just the 14 of us) where we’ll focus on 2 things:

But, Do You Qualify?

This isn’t some lame application process where everyone gets accepted. I’m dead serious. Here’s what I’m looking for (and not looking for):

This program IS for:

People who sell information products or services, or are coaches, consultants, authors, or speakers.
People who’ve taken the classes, read the books and are stalled, stuck or stumped on what strategies to use to grow their business.
People who are driven to make real and lasting changes, who know their business can grow, and who are willing to work to put a system in place that will take their business to the next level.
People who want to define their vision, set challenging goals, create a plan of action, implement proven systems, learn how to overcome obstacles, and achieve extraordinary results.
People that want to learn how to get past their fear of failure and success.

If ANY of these apply, DON’T even think about reading further:

People who are whiny complainers or negative people.
People who are a stick in the mud (you’re not fun).
People who are lazy or expect change overnight.
People who want to consistently find ways to play small, reinvent the wheel, or blame others for what happens in their own lives.
People who have no business and aren’t actually selling anything. Or those who are perpetually in “information gathering mode”.
People who do NOT currently sell (or don’t want to sell) information products, advice, or coaching. (In other words, if you sell flowers or something, this isn’t a good fit.)

My ideal client is the Internet Marketer that already has some success going but just really wants to reach that next level.

Please don’t take offense if this program isn’t for you. My goal was to create an honest list of qualities that I’m looking for (and not looking for). Remember my goal in 2013 is to work doing things that I want to do (and that includes working with people that I want to work with).

Because I’m giving away my time for free for the first 2 months of this, I also reserve the right to kick you out at any time, for any reason. (most likely if you’re being lazy, not implementing my advice, or not synergyzing well with the group).

Here’s How This is Going to Work

As I said, it won’t cost you a dime to join this program (short of a measly $100 application fee).

This application fee is in place to weed out the tire kickers and make sure I’m spending my time with individuals who are seriously ready to take their business to the next level. And if you aren’t willing to invest a small amount in taking yourself to the next level in your business and personal life, then please stop reading right now. I already know we’re not a good fit for each other.

After you submit your application fee, you’ll be directed to an application page where I’ll ask you all kinds of nosy questions about your business. OK — they won’t be that nosy.

But I need to know this stuff upfront, so I can determine if this group would work for you and your business. This ensures that both your time and mine will be well spent.

I’ll take applications on a first-come, first-served basis.

So anyway, the application will be sent to me here at my office and then one of two things will take place.

Possibility number one: After looking over your application I’ll decide that this mastermind probably isn’t going to be a good fit for you, and I’ll politely let you know by email. I’ll also refund your application fee in full.

Possibility number two: I’ll look over your application and think you might benefit from the mastermind. Someone from my office will then give you a call and schedule a time for us to talk about this in more detail over the phone.

In that case, you and I will get on the phone to better determine if this mastermind would work for you. This isn’t a time for me to sell you on the idea of joining the mastermind. If you don’t know who I am, Google me. If you already know who I am, then you know about my big business success. As part of the application process, you will have to convince ME why I should pick YOU.

Because I’m making this risk-free and giving the first 2 months for free, you know that I’m not going to have a hard time filling this program. A few spots have already been taken by people that I have randomly mentioned this program to over the past few days.

I’m going to pick 12 people from the pool of applications that I think I can really help and work with those 14 business for the next 12 months to take their business into the stratosphere. I’m strictly limiting the group to 14 people because, in my past experience, it’s intimate enough but also cost effective. The idea is that you’ll get off the phone with me this month with enough big ideas to pay for the entire year of membership before you even make the first monthly installment in April.
