This document is only for buyers that have seen one of our properties (either online or by driving by), are interested in viewing the inside of the property and have the required down payment available right now.

Properties are only shown on Wednesday evenings and Sunday during the day. We can accommodate special circumstances but these instances must be kept to a minimum.

To schedule an appointment, please e-mail us letting us know what day would be better for you: Wednesday evenings or Sunday during the day. We will then e-mail you back to let you know the time of your appointment.

NOTE: If you like the property and want to purchase it, you will need to make a non-refundable deposit equal to 20% of the down payment amount (see the table below) to take it off the market. Since multiple clients usually view our properties at the same time, It is best to bring your checkbook with you to the showing because you may not have the chance to come back later to buy the property. The full amount of the deposit will be applied to your down payment.
