• Life is short... Am I doing things I don’t like and not doing the things I DO like? What would I do in life if I didn't need to work for money? What has been draining my happiness? What is the one job/cause/activity that could get me out of bed happily for the rest of my life? Why aren't I doing it?

I'm an entrepreneur running several successful businesses. I've spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on business and self-help education. I've made more money in my short time on this planet than most people will make in their lifetime.

But they still live on a roller coaster... happy one minute and sad the next. The cycle seems endless: get more money, buy more stuff.

You deserve to be happy all of the time regardless of what society tells you is possible. And you can be. There is a better way.

Because life isn't about the money.

In fact, money isn't real. It's a piece of paper that has NO value. It's not connected to anything of value like gold or silver. There are only three things that control the value of money:
1. our confidence, as a nation, in it.
2. interest rates.
3. the amount of it in circulation.

Now, don't get me wrong. I'm not one of those people that thinks money is evil or anything like that. Quite the opposite, money provides choices, freedom, peace of mind, and experiences.

But we spend too much time chasing after money and it causes us to lose focus of what our real and true purpose is.

So What's the Solution?

Imagine a gathering of 8 to 12 successful entrepreneurs where the sole purpose is to get everyone in the room up to being their best possible self so that they in turn can make the biggest possible impact on their the world (whether that be directly through their business or through the doors a more successful business opens up to them).

How Did Johnathan Livingston's
Seagull Flight School Come About?

It all starts with a book called Jonathan Livingston Seagull, written by Richard Bach. It's a fable in novella form about a seagull learning about life and flight, and a homily about self-perfection. It also happens to be one of the top 25 most popular books of all time (although few people understand it's true message).

The book tells the story of Jonathan Livingston Seagull, a seagull who is bored with the daily squabbles over food. He's also frustrated with the meaningless materialism and conformity and limitation of the seagull life.

So every day while his friends and family waited at the end of the pier for the fishing boats to come in and unload their catch, sometimes picking up a few small fish here and there, Jonathan was out flying. Seized by a passion for flight, he pushes himself, learning everything he can about flying, until finally his unwillingness to conform results in his expulsion from his flock. An outcast, he continues to learn, becoming increasingly pleased with his abilities as he leads a peaceful and happy life. Jonathan continues his efforts to reach higher and higher flight goals, finding he is often successful but eventually he can fly no higher.

He is then met by two radiant, loving seagulls who explain to him that he has learned much, and that they are there now to teach him more. Jonathan transcends into a society where all the gulls enjoy flying. He discovers that his sheer tenacity and desire to learn makes him "pretty well a one-in-a-million bird."

In this new place, Jonathan befriends the wisest gull, Chiang, who takes him beyond his previous learning. Through his teachings, Jonathan understands that the way to progress leads--for him, at least--through becoming a teacher, not just through working hard as a student.

Not satisfied with his new life, Jonathan returns to his old pack to find others like him, to bring them his learning and to spread his love for flight, ready for the difficult fight against the current rules of that society.

His mission is successful, gathering around him others who have been outlawed for not conforming. Ultimately, the very first of his students, Fletcher Lynd Seagull, becomes a teacher in his own right and Jonathan leaves to teach other flocks.

What Exactly Is Flight School?

There are 3 main pillars.

Our first goal is getting YOU operating at your highest level possible. We’ll focus on what’s in this life for you beyond the money. Entrepreneurs are often so passionate about their businesses that many other parts of their life get neglected (family, relationships, fun, purpose, true happiness, fulfillment, etc.). Life is about balance. We’ll help you be happier and love more. We’ll teach you to work your business and stop letting your business work you and how to stay focused on what's really important.

Our second (and most important) goal will be to determine how you can help others and how you can leave your mark on the world. We'll help you discover your unique purpose so that you can change the world in a big way. This will help eliminate any lack of happiness or fulfillment you're having as well as eliminate the feeling that something is missing.

Begin to think of the things that you might be able to take with you or leave behind when you leave life on this planet. Although I have my beliefs, nobody is 100% sure what we can take from this earth. But I can tell you that we won’t be able to take many of the things we spend so much time fighting for: money, possessions, businesses, status, or power.

I'm a master of happiness. I've written a best-selling book called The Happiness Bible on the topic. I, too, have went through periods when I chased money and "stuff" and when I got everything I thought I wanted, I still found myself empty inside.  I learned some very valuable things along my journey out of that place and I made a promise to myself to share those insights with as many people as I could. Hands down, one of the happiest feelings I get, I get when I help others. It just makes me feel good. That's the main reason I created The Flight School.

While it might be tough to make the connection sitting on your device reading this letter right now, all of this will allow you to generate more income for yourself and your family. How It Works

Flight School is a 3 day event on my 112 acre private estate in Tennessee. Official activities will run from 9am to 5pm every day but we'll have get togethers at night for parties, dinners, and bonfires.

Breakfast is provided by our recommended hotel and we'll provide lunch and dinner at the estate. Drinks and snacks will be available throughout the day as well.

During the event, you're welcome to come to the estate early or stay late. You're even welcome to enjoy the beauty for a few days beyond the event if you're inclined to do so. You can camp out on the land or just walk the trails during the day for a private meditation session.

One of the best parts of the event is getting to be around like-minded people. You'll experience a force bigger than yourself driving your success.

Before you come to the event, you'll get a goodie package that includes my best-selling book, The Happiness Bible, as well as some helpful tools to prepare you for the experience.

This event isn't so much about getting a bunch of things that add up to X dollars in value. It's about getting you where you need to go and I'll do whatever I can humanly do to get you there.

You'll have a chance to check out the focal points of the land: the waterfalls. There are 3 waterfalls on the property (2 seasonal and 1 year round).  Kemper Falls is a 40+ foot waterfall that gushes year-round from a cave on the property. Our meeting space has a great view of Kemper Falls so you'll be able to enjoy it every day.

Those That Qualify

This isn't for your typical entrepreneur. Typical entrepreneurs are caught up in their own world doing their own thing. We are entrepreneurs with a bigger purpose than ourselves. We start with YOU, the business owner.

This isn't for everyone and we don't apologize for that.

Here's who we look for:

• You are an entrepreneur that has a product or service that is changing the world in a positive way.
• You recognize that happiness, giving, peace, and love are the new currencies.
• You love money and what it can do for you but you've come to a point where you realize there's something beyond the money.
• You have a strong and defined purpose (or you at least recognize how important it is to tune into).
• You're ego-free (or working on it) and positive in nature. Our events are 100% positive energy.
• You believe in hyper-growth and want to grow your revenues and social impact by 10 times.

How This Is Different

Look, I know you go to a lot of events and conferences. A lot of them disappoint. This won't.

I know there's no shortage of people trying to pitch you things that will better your business. Some of those things will help and some won't. But even if they do help your business, what is the end goal?

This is different because we focus on your end goal. Your business isn't the end goal. It's just a bridge to get somewhere. We'll help you figure out what that somewhere is.

We'll focus on finding your true purpose for being here, mapping out what legacy you're going to leave behind, having a work/life balance, being fulfilled and, most important, truly happy (and not the fake Facebook happiness most people boast about).

This is a full immersion event and it's not for the faint of heart. At an immersion, you have the opportunity to dive deep, without distractions and form new beliefs and habits. You will discover parts of yourself you never existed, you'll experience heart-opening lessons, you'll be inspired like never before, and complete mastery of yourself. You'll be elevated and transformed to levels you know you should be flying at. You'll explore your real self (not the self that you display to the world). You'll connect with the real YOU (not the imposter you think you've been all this time).

This isn't an event where I'll get up and talk AT you. Every member is free to jump in and ask questions. You'll leave the event with a very clear path that you need to follow. There is some structure to the event but plenty of leeway so that each member gets exactly what they need to get from the event. If you need a little extra time with me beyond the group sessions, just ask.

You won't find wannabe entrepreneurs in this group. Our tight-knit group will be filled with people on YOUR level. Where we all have the same goals, to improve our businesses, balance our lives, and find true meaning and happiness. You'll be around people that understand you and your struggles. Here, students are teachers and the teachers are students.

You'll be surprised at some of the names of the high level people that are clients of mine. It's not uncommon to see a celebrity, politician, or CEO sitting right next to you.

Odds are you've probably never devoted this much "me time" to yourself. The results will blow your mind.

Let's Separate The Talkers from the Doers

I'm not going to lie to you and tell you that this kind of high level change comes over night. It doesn't. I'm also not going to tell you that it will be push button easy or anything like that. It won't. But our members do see big changes in only the first 30 days and life-altering changes within a year. (Sometimes it just takes a bit of time and energy to break the bad habits that you've been practicing for a few decades.)

Now, the cost of this 3 day life-changing experience isn't cheap at $5,000. That's why this is only for serious players. But remember, you will more than pay for the event with the increase revenues from the advice you will receive.

I really struggled with the idea of offering a guarantee.  Not because I wasn't confident that you wouldn't get amazing results because I KNOW you will (every attendee does).

But I didn't want anyone coming on board to be able to use the guarantee as a crutch if things get hard (because they will).  I don't want you to be able to give up and say "I'll just ask for a refund." I would be doing you a disservice.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q: What about flight arrangements?

A: The closest airport is the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport (CHA). The following airlines offer flights to Chattanooga: American Eagle, Delta, US Airways, & Allegiant

Chattanooga Airport is 45 minutes away from the Mountain Inn & Suites (suggested lodging location). We will have complimentary shuttles leaving the airport throughout the day to transport attendees to the Mountain Inn & Suites the day before the event.

If you need more flight options, you can also fly into Nashville International Airport. It is 2 hours away from the event location. However, no shuttle service is offered from Nashville Airport.

Q: What about lodging arrangements?

A: We recommend you stay at the Mountain Inn & Suites in Dunlap, TN. This is only place that the shuttle from the airport will be able to drop you off. The Mountain Inn & Suites is 45 minutes from the airport.

Q: How will I get to the event and back every day?

A: We will have a shuttle for you that leaves the Mountain Inn & Suites every day at 8:00 am. It is 45 minutes away from the event location.

Q: How do meals work?

A: We will provide lunch and dinner for you on event days. We'll usually eat lunch around 12pm and dinner around 5pm. Breakfast will be provided by the Mountain Inn & Suites. Please be sure to let us know if you have any dietary restrictions at least a week before the event.

Q: What should I bring?

A: Notebook, pen, camera, bug spray, hiking boots, and comfortable clothes appropriate for the season.

Q: What should I NOT bring?

A: Laptops, cell phones, MP3 players, or any other electronic device that would distract you from fully immersing yourself in the experience should be left at your hotel.  We can provide you with a telephone number to give your family and friends should they need to contact you in an emergency.

Q: What will the onsite facilities be like?

A: We have a conference facility with lots of big windows that's surrounded by nature with a great view of Kemper Falls.
